A Saturday lunch can be arranged in the Tempio dei Giovani's dining room.

Price is set at 20 euros for each person. Pay at the Ufficio Rabbinico (Rabbinical Office) in Lungotevere Cenci, 2nd floor, Tel. 06-68400651 by Friday morning, or pay to Mr Sonnino just before the beginning of Shabbat in the Main Temple.

Mikwe

A beautifully restored Mikwe is available at the Tempio Maggiore, Lungotevere Cenci, at 100 m. from the TdG.

On week days tefilla is held at the Main Synagogue (Tempio Maggiore, Italian Minhag) and at Tempio Spagnolo (Sefardi, in the lower level of the Main Synagogue).

There are several other shuls in Rome, of Italian, Sefardi, Libyan and Ashkenaz minhag. All of them are orthodox.

Lessons are regularly held at Tempio dei Giovani every Shabbat

after morning Qiddush and during Seudat Shelishit.

Lessons are usually in Italian.

 

Additional lessons can be found in the Main Synagogue

and at the Beit Midrash on the river side quay ("Collegio Rabbinico").

The Beit Midrash also hosts a University Degree in Jewish Studies.
